Oh man, the food at Makofi was a real treat! The BBQ nights were a culinary blast, especially with those burgers that just hit the right spot. Plus, the King Hut was fine, equipped with everything a traveler could want like air conditioning and a private terrace. You can kick back and enjoy the vibes-so perfect for unwinding after a fun day at the beach.

Some folks might be a bit confused about sharing spaces, but honestly, everything still felt cozy and cute.

the location was particularly good, right at spanish dancer divers diving center. it was located in a great area not far from the beach and the fishermen village and the beach area where food establishments are found. my queen room was cheap, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. a shower and towels was a plus.

Makofi Guest House was like home! The King Hut was amazing, air conditioning, private terrace. The BBQ night was a highlight! Just wish breakfast had more options.

All lovely, everything you need for the trip. I have stayed in the dormitory room even with the bathroom outside. The breakfast is wonderful, includes toast, pancakes, eggs and coffee. I recommend this hotel to anyone, liked my stay here...

The setting is excellent and magnificent, not far from bars/restaurants, the ocean and the beach and the noise. It offers good services.

The vibe here radiates a sense of calm. I found the private bathroom in my room to be a solid feature.

Some of the facilities could use a little sprucing up. The dining area lacks proper separation from the rooms. Plus, the breakfast didn't quite hit the mark considering the price range, which left something to be desired.

It was in an unbeatable and excellent location right by the most beautiful beach, and food establishments are found.

The city tax caught me off guard during check-in!!! A note on the rooms needing air conditioning would be wise, especially in the summer months!!! Better communication about such fees would enhance the experience!!!

The place is so close to the beach. We spent days soaking up the sun, bar hopping, and trying local dishes. The cocktails were a hit too. Definitely recommend checking out the local markets for some authentic vibes.

The only downside was that it got a bit warm at night, but we managed to get comfortable. It was also quiet after 10:30 PM, which might not suit everyone.

A good match for a weekend respite in Nungwi with very nice value for money. The swings around the hotel added a fun touch to our stay. Check out the local market for unique finds nearby.
